So when you discuss 'ethics', discuss them in Business context. Let morality decide what is best for society... you do as business asks.

The Bird & the Bear
Once Upon a time, a bear & a bird got on a plane... As they got high in the sky, The bird asked the stweardess to bring him coffee... when the coffee was brought, the bird had a sip, & throw the rest on the stwedardess... there was a minute of shock & then the whole plane laughed their head off.
The bear was confused... the stewardess smiled & left.
Next the bird asked for OrangeJuice & did the same... Again, everyone laughed & stewardess left.
Then the bird asked for wine... the same old story....
The bear thought "Well, I could be as brave & have some fun too", he ordered a cup of tea, had a sip & throw the rest on the stewardess.
The whole plane went silent... & everybody stared at him. The Securities seized him up & decided to throw him out of the plane.
While the bear was being dragged to the door, he asked the bird: "You did the same & nothing happened"
The bird said:

IT Usages
"You are Bussiness people here... so if you want to IT, You have to decide what part of it can be used to your benefit." My IT lecturere told us the other day. "Don't waste your money for some ultra-modern PC if all you need is a typewriter!"
& So here I go changing my attitude toward IT.

The Féminine Knowledge Worker
So I hear my professor say: “And a woman has to take maternity leave; she, more or less takes at least 2 years off & some never come back. Maternity makes them a less consternated member, they want to leave soon, need more leaves & vacations & half of their minds are always with the children…. They never make the proper worker they were before.
Therefore, take in mind when interviewing a lady for a job that she will not be there long enough for you…”
I hear him say that. & I hear him say a lot more points that are very useful. He says a lot about Organizational Behavior & the differences between men & women. Some precisely right, some needs a lot of attention & some has to be checked over. He is very famous & I enjoy his lessons but his personal view on women is not what I can accept.
He, however, pinpoints a lot of new aspects in old ‘culture’ that brings some fairness in… he insists that if ‘your wife asks you t raise her salary, it’s your responsibility. You have to work hard, drain yourself & meet her needs…. She has the right to ask for more…. & you don’t have the right to say ‘I can’t’. If you can’t give her what she wants then she has the right to get it herself & you don’t have the right to stop her. Instead, ask her for love & mercy… that’s what a woman is made for… to be the source of love & happiness”
I still have some points to tell my Prof. He has to know that nowadays, with the use of IT, a Féminine knowledge worker can stay home, take care of children & the love & be on top of the game. IT is the answer to every bump & bend for the woman… with networks & telecommunicating a woman can break the ‘glass roof’ & reach the top. As you said, women have nothing less than men… they are talented, with high-IQs & they have the power to outdo any man when it comes to details.
We’re gonna make it through!
